Overdose

Medicinal Applications

• This medication is used to treat irregular heartbeats (arrhythmias) and maintain a normal heart rate.

Possible Side Effects

• Nausea, vomiting, heartburn, gas, loss of appetite, dizziness, tremor, changes in vision, nervousness, confusion, headache, weakness or changes in sleep habits may occur as your body adjusts to the medication.
• Other side effects include muscle aches, decreased sex drive, impotence, sweating, bad taste in the mouth, numbness or swelling especially of the hand or feet, ringing in the ears and swollen lips or tongue.
• If any of these symptoms persist or become bothersome, inform your doctor.
