Usage Instructions

  • Follow all instructions for proper mixing and refer to the eptifibatide dosing chart for the recommended IV dosing.

  • Give this medication as an initial dose (bolus dose) into a vein (IV push) followed by an IV infusion as directed by your doctor.

Integrilin Storage Instructions

  • Store in a refrigerator between 36 and 46 degrees F (2 and 8 degrees C) away from light.
  • If necessary, this medication may be stored at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (15 and 30 degrees C) for no longer than 2 months (after removal from refrigerated storage).
  • Discard any unused portion of the vial(s).

  • Eptifibatide is used to help prevent blood clotting that occurs during certain heart conditions (for example, acute coronary syndrome) or medical procedures (for example, percutaneous coronary intervention-PCI).
