Usage Instructions

  • Take this medication exactly as prescribed.
  • Try to take it at the same times each day so you remember to take it.
  • The morning dose (or first dose) and the afternoon dose (or second dose) should be taken 7 hours apart.
  • Do not stop taking this medication without consulting your doctor.
  • Some conditions may become worse when the drug is abruptly stopped.
  • Your dose may need to be gradually decreased.
  • It is important to continue taking this medication routinely to prevent episodes of chest pain.
  • This is not helpful in relieving chest pain once it occurs.

Ismo Storage Instructions

  • Store medication in a cool dry place between 36 and 86 degrees F (2 to 30 degrees C) in a tight container.
  • Do not store in the bathroom.

  • It is used to prevent chest pain (angina).
