- The effect of this medication is greatest within about 30 minutes after application.
- It may take a few hours for the effects to totally disappear.

- If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately.
- This medicine may be harmful if swallowed.
What To Do In Case Of Missed Dose
- This medication is not for routine use.
Mydriacyl Storage Instructions
- Close the container tightly after each use.
- Store at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (15 to 30 degrees C) away from heat and light.
- Do not refrigerate.
- Discard this if the solution turns brown, cloudy or contains particles.
Possible Side Effects
- This medication may temporarily sting or burn your eye for a minute when first applied.
- If this continues or becomes bothersome, inform your doctor.
- Vision may be temporarily blurred or unstable for a few minutes after applying eye drops.
- Because this medication dilates the eye, your eyes will be sensitive to light.
- Wear sun glasses and avoid bright lights until the effect is over.
- Use caution if driving or performing duties requiring clear vision.
- Notify your doctor if you develop.

Medicinal Applications
- This medication is used to dilate the eye for eye exams, or to treat certain eye conditions.
Usage Instructions
- This medication is for use in the eye.
- One or two drops are placed in the eye(s) 15 minutes or so prior to examination.
- Additional drops may be necessary to achieve the desired effect for an eye examination.
- When used to treat eye conditions, use as directed by your prescriber for the full course of treatment.
- After application of the drops, apply pressure to the side of the nose where the tear duct is with your finger for 1 to 3 minutes to prevent absorption into the body.
