Possible Side Effects

  • This medication may cause stomach upset, nausea, indigestion, loose stools, loss of appetite, vomiting, headache, or a strange taste in the mouth the first few days as your body adjusts to it.

What To Do In Case Of Missed Dose

  • Take each dose at the scheduled time.
  • However, if you miss a dose, take it as soon as remembered; do not take it if it is near the time for the next dose, instead, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule.
  • Do not "double-up" the dose to catch up.

Usage Instructions

  • This medication may be taken with food if stomach upset occurs.
  • Shake well before using.
  • Take each dose followed by fluids.
  • Antibiotics work best when the amount of medicine in your body is kept at a constant level.
  • Do this by taking the medication at evenly spaced intervals throughout the day and night.
  • Continue to take this medication until the full prescribed amount is finished even if symptoms disappear after a few days.
  • Stopping the medication too early may allow bacteria to continue to grow resulting in a relapse of the infection.
