- This medication may cause stomach upset, loose stools, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, stomach cramps or vaginal irritation.

- This dose form of azithromycin is used as a single dose treatment for certain infections, including genital infections.
Usage Instructions
- Mix the contents of the packet in 2 ounces of water (60ml).
- Drink this immediately.
- Add another 2 ounces of water, mix and drink the entire amount.
- This dose form of azithromycin may be taken with or without food.
- Do not take antacids and this medication at the same time, as antacids may interfere with absorption of azithromycin.
- Take antacids at least two hours after taking azithromycin.
