Methylene Blue Injection Storage Instructions

  • Store at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (15 to 30 degrees C) away from heat, light and moisture.
  • Do not store in the bathroom.

Possible Side Effects

  • Nausea, stomach upset, diarrhea, vomiting or bladder irritation may occur.
  • If any of these effects continue or become bothersome, notify your doctor.
  • This medication causes the urine, stools and possibly skin to turn green-blue in color.
