What To Do In Case Of Missed Dose
- If you miss a dose, take as soon as remembered; do not take if it is almost time for the next dose, instead, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule.
- Do not "double-up" the dose to catch up.
- Call your doctor if you miss more than one dose daily.

Possible Side Effects
- May cause drowsiness, dizziness, nausea and/or vomiting.
- Unlikely to occur but report to your doctor if you develop any of the following side effects.
Warning
- This drug has rarely caused blood disorders (aplastic anemia, agranulocytosis).
- Promptly notify your doctor if you experience sore throat, fever, unusual weakness or fatigue, unusual bleeding or bruising.
- You will be monitored to minimize the possibility of these symptoms occurring.
Usage Instructions
- Take with food to prevent stomach upset.
- Take twice daily or as directed by your doctor.
- Do not crush or chew.
- Tablets must be swallowed whole.
- Tablets should be inspected for chips and cracks and thrown away and not taken if the tablets are found to be damaged.
- Do not suddenly stop taking this medication without consulting your doctor.
- For seizure control, it is important to take all doses on time to keep the level of medication in your blood constant.
