Usage Instructions

  • This medication is given by injection into a muscle o vein usually twice a day for 7 to 10 days based on the type and severity of your infection.

  • Do this by using the medication at evenly spaced intervals throughout the day and night as prescribed.
  • Continue to use this medication for the full time prescribed even if symptoms disappear after a few days.
  • Stopping the medication too early may allow bacteria to continue to grow resulting in a reoccurrence of the infection.
