Usage Instructions
- This medication is given by injection into a muscle o vein usually twice a day for 7 to 10 days based on the type and severity of your infection.
- Antibiotics work best when the amount of medicine in your body is kept at a constant level.
- Do this by using the medication at evenly spaced intervals throughout the day and night as prescribed.
- Continue to use this medication for the full time prescribed even if symptoms disappear after a few days.
- Stopping the medication too early may allow bacteria to continue to grow resulting in a reoccurrence of the infection.
- Do not use this medication if cloudy.
